IF you have my condo key do we still need to be there?

Yes, you or your rep needs to be there to sign for the adapters or box and allow access into the unit.

WE have digital ready tvs. Do we still need the adapters?

Yes, you still need the equipment because the signal sent to the property is encrypted and the equipment lets you watch the tv.

What if we can’t make it on the days at the property?

You can always get the adapters sent to you through the mail or pick them up at the Comcast office.

What is the difference between the adapter and the cable box?

If you order a cable box, your guests will be able to watch on demand. The adapters will allow regular programming. I believe you can put a pin number on the boxes but I don’t know for sure. The installers will have that information.

What will happen to the community channel?

It will stay on channel 23. When the changeover is completed the community channel will move to 998. When you get the equipment at the end of March your guests will not have the community channel till it is changed over in our office.
